What is happening?


EFT enables you to safely release these held emotions through tapping, allowing you to rebalance and break unwanted patterns. The beauty of EFT is that, as we clear the overwhelming emotions, a natural emotional evolution occurs, shifting your state of mind and emotional reactions as you’re no longer relating to the world from a fearful state.

Your perception changes, creating a more loving relationship with yourself, healthier relationship dynamics and a more positive outlook. Through the EFT, NLP and Hypnosis techniques, you learn to reframe your experiences and return to a natural state of calm, resilience and a sense of your own power. 

For most of us the past doesn’t live in the past, it is alive and living on replay in the depths of our mind and in our body.

When we experience shocking events or emotionally challenging parenting, the heightened emotions from that moment can remain unprocessed and stuck in our subconscious mind - the intense anxiety, the anger and the loneliness.

Particularly during those overwhelming experiences when you felt threatened, unsafe, or fearful - such as giving birth, surviving cancer or sexual abuse, feeling under emotional or physical threat at home as a child, to name but a few.

There is a growing body of research and studies on the effectiveness of EFT. This is an overview of some of the findings to date:

Research by Dr Peta Stapleton evidenced that EFT resulted in comparable or exceeded benefits of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) at treating anxiety and depression. Improvements tended to increase over time and were achieved in fewer sessions than CBT. Watch here.

76% of people suffering with generalised anxiety disorder experienced a complete remission, showing that EFT is a fast and long lasting treatment for anxiety. Read here.

Lowers cortisol levels by 43% and calms the amygdala in the brain (primitive part of the brain related to fight, flight and freeze). Read here.
