You’re not broken, you’re gifted

Helping Highly Sensitive People break cycles of anxiety, start establishing healthy boundaries and embrace the gifts of their sensitivity with Intuitive healing

Deep Healing for HSP’s

As a sensitive person the world seems to impact you much more than others, your anxiety can spike and you can struggle to maintain healthy boundaries with others.  You know that you're capable of much more - you want to:

  • thrive, not just survive.

  • feel more resilient, have more capacity

  • feel grounded with a natural sense of assertiveness when needed

  • develop your intuitive, sensitive strengths to help guide your life and follow your calling - to live authentically.

You’re ready to go deeper, to do the subconscious work to get there.

Where you’re at

As a HSP you most likely grew up with threat or uncertainty in childhood (emotional or physical in overt or subtle forms) such as parents fighting, a controlling caregiver, an angry or volatile caregiver, an alcoholic parent, a narcissist parent or sibling, having to deal with unpredictability due to severe mental health issues, or feelings of abandonment due to being adopted.  As a consequence you now live with a familiar sense of anxiety and a fear of conflict or a struggle with boundaries in relationships. This is due, in part, to the unprocessed emotions, such as fear, shock and overwhelm from these experiences in the subconscious mind and body which is the foundation.

Anxiety

Anxiety may feel commonplace for you. You have to put time and energy into managing your stress levels to prevent overwhelm or panic - racing heart, racing thoughts, shallow breathing, finding it hard to stay in the body.

  • Everyday living can feel dysregulating as you are hyper vigilant - being very watchful, and you may have to deal with bouts of burnout and exhaustion

  • You might be working with anxiety and depression which at times leaves you feeling helpless and hopelesss, perhaps with suppressed anger or rage. You can feel very lonely and disempowered by your experience.

  • You can feel like retreating from the world as it can just get too much. You have tried yoga, mindfulness, counselling, etc, which has been incredibly, useful but it  feels like anxiety maintenance and you still get triggered.

  • On top of childhood experiences you may have dealt with overwhelming, shocking or stressful events more recently such as - giving birth, experiencing the traumatic death of someone you know/love, divorce etc.  This has resulted in  your anxiety levels mounting and feeling unmanageable.
